Hello and thank you for visiting Extraordinary
Chaos. My name is Sarah Christie, I am a busy working mum with a wonderful
husband, two amazing, very active and sporty boys aged 13 and 8. And a dog who considers himself human.
Our oldest son suffers from type 1 diabetes; he was diagnosed at 10,
which temporarily turned our lives upside down. With a great deal of work we
now mostly have this under control although it tends to throw us a challenge
every now and then.
We live in a lovely village in rural Lancashire,
where we are lucky to enjoy the most beautiful views and wildlife and having
boys, lots of mud. I also love to visit the city, soak up the busy
atmosphere and most importantly shop.
I teach hairdressing at a local college, a job,
which I love, but comes with many daily challenges.
I am blessed with wonderful friends, family, and a
hectic, and at times rather chaotic life. I love walking, reading, baking,
traveling and crafting. As busy as I am my brain always needs more to
occupy it. I started to blog as I wanted to share my thoughts and experiences
of my passions in life, family life, food and traveling. I live to take my family different places, enjoy different
experiences, and cultures and spending quality time together. We are always on the look out for our next adventure.
