Day out with the Girls in Manchester

We are sat in the trendy Australasia bar just off Deans-gate in Manchester City centre. 

From the outside it looks like a glass pyramid  on the road. If you didn't know it was a bar/restaurant you would walk past it, thinking it was a piece of art.

But down the stairs is a cool trendy chilled out cocktail bar, and restaurant.

After spending ages reading the menu, to be honest all the cocktails looked great! We have chosen a Hibiscus Royal, Pineapple and Coconut and a Australasian passion fruit fizzle. They all taste amazing.
