Calf Diet Week 18, Grrr Donna Kebab

Hoorah a pound off! But it is a miracle. I really need to knuckled down and be good; I want to reach my target or 9st.12lb by the end of September then maybe reset it, we will see.
This week I had a Donna kebab; I was talked into a take away by Chris and the Boys. I wasn't actually that bothered for it, I should have said no! But I was weak. 



At the time it tasted great but after I just felt over full and a bit sick. It's not that I m going to start beating myself up over food, If I had been for a great meal with food in really enjoyed I wouldn't care. A donna kebab used to be my Saturday night treat before my calf diet, but I just felt like I had eaten a pound of lard after and felt sick. A lesson learnt this week, be strong and don't buckle to pressure. And if I am going to fall off the rails at least do it somewhere like Piccolino’s or the Fence Gate inn and not the kebab shop.

  1. Ha ha! I would have caved too! Love a kebab ;) I'm terrible, I am eating terrible at the moment, but I am running so it's kind of OK...although I too need to behave!!!!! Good luck x x
