The boys love them, this is something that Jack will always have to give an extra injection for and you would not believe the carbs in them soooo high. I really am not keen on him eating them, but he's a teenager I can't deny him things he likes.
So I was keen to try these, if there is a chance they are a good substitute then these have got to better for him. So here goes
You will need;
2 sachets sugar free jelly crystals
2 sachets powdered gelatin
1 pot mullerlight yoghurt
2 sachets powdered gelatin
1 pot mullerlight yoghurt
I used Raspberry for this Batch |
Pour 2/3 s of the jelly into a flat container and put in fridge until set.
I used Turkish Delight Muller Light |
Then whisk the Muller yogurt into the rest of the jelly.
Once bottom layer set then pour on jelly/muller mix and place back in fridge to set.
They did taste great, so we decided to do a batch of tangfastic, for these we just used the gelatin with orange jelly and heated diet lemonade instead of using water. The boys loved these and munched on them all day, the great thing was I wasn't stressing as they were not full of sugar of carbs. I think next time we have friends visit I might make a batch for the kids to munch on instead of buying sweets.
Love these I am going to try some this week! It's my first weigh in on Wednesday hopefully I will have lost. x
